Terms of Service

Using any Falcon Rust service means you accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the services.

1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to Falcon Rust game servers, websites, and any related commerce or community features. By accessing or using them, you agree to comply fully with these Terms and any posted rules or policies.

2) Fair Use & Conduct

Use the services responsibly. Do not:

• • Violate any law or regulation.
• • Exploit bugs, cheat, evade bans, or run unauthorized tools/scripts/macros.
• • Harass, threaten, dox, or target others with abuse.
• • Spread malware or disrupt servers (DDoS, network abuse, or similar).
• • Impersonate Falcon Rust staff or other users.
• • Circumvent moderation or enforcement actions.

We may remove content or restrict access at our sole discretion to protect players and the service.

3) Accounts

Keep registration info accurate and your credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account and must promptly inform us of unauthorized access or security issues. You must meet the minimum age for your region and any platform rules (e.g., Steam).

4) Purchases, Donations & Refunds

All sales are final. We may issue refunds, at our sole discretion, only for:

• • Service not delivered due to a technical failure we control,
• • Duplicate transactions, or
• • Continuous outages of a purchased entitlement lasting more than 48 hours.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or permanent bans across our services. Virtual items/entitlements have no cash value and may not be transferred or resold.

5) Server Rules & Enforcement

Rule violations may result in temporary/permanent bans, loss of in-game entitlements, feature restrictions, or account termination—without refund. Enforcement decisions are final; limited appeals may be available via our Discord.

6) Anti-Cheat & Monitoring

You consent to our anti-cheat measures and to the collection of technical data necessary to detect cheating, exploits, and unauthorized tools. This may include hardware/device identifiers, telemetry, and server-side analytics.

7) Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and functionality on the services are the property of Falcon Rust or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, adapt, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part without prior written consent.

8) Privacy & Data

We process information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including gameplay telemetry, chat logs (where applicable), and technical data to operate, secure, and improve the services and to enforce rules.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falcon Rust is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
