All purchases on FalconRust are for digital goods that are delivered instantly upon payment. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Digital Goods

All items sold through our store are digital goods, including but not limited to:

  • VIP packages and memberships
  • In-game items, kits, and resources
  • Server access and privileges
  • Cosmetic items and skins

Instant Delivery

Digital goods are delivered automatically and instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Once the transaction is complete, the purchased items or benefits are immediately applied to your account.

No Refunds Policy

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases made through our store.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital content is delivered immediately upon payment
  • You expressly consent to immediate delivery
  • You waive your right to cancel once delivery has begun
  • No refunds will be issued after purchase

European Union Customers

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right is waived when you:

  1. Expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content
  2. Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins

By clicking "Purchase" or "Buy Now" on our store, you provide this express consent and acknowledgment.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchases: Accidental duplicate charges for the same item
  • Technical failure: Payment was processed but items were not delivered due to a system error on our end (after investigation)
  • Unauthorized transactions: Fraudulent purchases made without account holder's consent (requires verification)

To request an exception review, please open a support ticket within 48 hours of purchase with your transaction details.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Removal of all purchased items and benefits
  • Permanent ban from all FalconRust services
