Falcon Rust maintains a competitive but fair environment. The rules below are enforced consistently. Breaking them results in immediate and permanent consequences. Every player accepts these terms when they join. If you believe someone is breaking the rules, report them.

Zero Tolerance Cheating Policy

Cheating of any kind gets you permanently banned from Falcon Rust. This includes using EAC bypass hacks, game exploits, client mods that grant advantages, or server-side exploits. A single detected violation results in immediate removal with no appeals. Your character, base, and all items are gone.

The server runs Easy Anti Cheat. EAC bans are game-wide and cannot be reversed. Server bans are permanent records displayed on the public bans page at falconrust.com/bans. If you're banned, you cannot return under any account or IP address.

Team Limits and Access Control

The server name displays the maximum team size allowed. Respect this limit. Do not exceed it. If you swap teammates, you must remove all access from the departing member immediately. This means emptying their tool cupboard authorization, changing all code locks, removing their sleeping bags, and clearing their items from boxes.

Failure to remove access during a team swap is a ban-worthy offense. A new teammate should never access bases or loot that belonged to the previous member. This rule prevents loot theft and base abandonment abuse.

Racism, Threats, and Harassment

Zero tolerance for racism, death threats, doxxing attempts, or DDoS threats. Slurs in any language, racist jokes, and targeted harassment result in permanent bans. This applies to chat, Discord, in-game names, and the website.

The community includes players from many countries and cultures. Disrespect is not tolerated. If you cannot be civil, you cannot play here.

Server Advertisement

Advertising other servers in chat, private messages, or forums gets you banned. Do not invite players to competing servers. This includes mentioning server IPs, Discord invites to other communities, or recruiting teammates for rival servers. Falcon Rust is a closed community.

Staff Decisions Are Final

The server owner and staff make all decisions regarding enforcement. Arguing with staff about bans, disputing calls, or attempting to negotiate penalties will extend your ban or make it permanent. If you have a legitimate question, use the ticket system at falconrust.com/support/. Do not argue in chat.

Violation First Offense Consequences
Cheating (Any Type) Permanent Ban Game-wide EAC ban + Server ban. No appeals.
Improper Team Swap Permanent Ban Leaving access for removed teammates. Instant removal.
Racism or Slurs Permanent Ban No second chances. Immediate removal from all systems.
Death Threats Permanent Ban Escalated to law enforcement if necessary.
Doxxing or DDoS Permanent Ban Reported to authorities. Legal action possible.
Server Advertisement Permanent Ban Promoting competitors is grounds for immediate removal.
Arguing with Staff Extended Ban Disputing decisions worsens penalties. Use tickets instead.

How to Check Bans

Visit falconrust.com/bans to see all players who have been removed from the server. The page shows ban dates, ban reasons, and banned Steam IDs. If you see your name there, you can use the ticket system to inquire, but bans are rarely overturned.
