Power Plant, Water Treatment, and Train Yard are the blue card tier monuments. You use Blue Keycards earned from green card monuments to run these, and in return you get Red Keycards that unlock the highest-tier content in the game.

How Blue Card Puzzles Work

Blue Keycard and at least 1 Electric Fuse. Insert the fuse into the fuse box, flip switches to power the door, swipe the Blue Keycard, and collect the Red Keycard and loot inside. Blue Keycards come from Sewer Branch, Satellite Dish, or Harbor puzzles, or can be bought at Outpost for 100 scrap.

Power Plant

Requires a Blue Keycard, Green Keycard, and 1 Fuse. High radiation: hazmat suit required. Around 7 crates plus the Red Keycard. Full details in the Power Plant guide.

Water Treatment Plant

Requires a Blue Keycard and 1 Fuse. Low radiation. Has the rock trick shortcut: throw a rock through a specific window to knock the Red Keycard out without any cards or fuses. Up to 30 loot spawns throughout the monument. Full details in the Water Treatment guide.

Train Yard

Requires a Blue Keycard and 1 Fuse. Lethal radiation in the puzzle rooms: hazmat suit is mandatory. 7 crates behind the blue card door plus the Red Keycard. Multi-step puzzle with a timer switch. Full details in the Train Yard guide.
